Directions to the Guided Self Healing Training Institute
From RT 95/RT 128
Take Exit 31A to Routes 4 and 225 East. Drive East past Lexington Green (you are on Massachusetts Ave). Turn right on Muzzey Street in Lexington Center. (Sovereign Bank and Wales Printing are on the corner.) We are very near the Lexington Public Library.
From Arlington
Take Massachusetts Avenue into Lexington. Muzzey Street is the first left after the light in Lexington Center. Wales Printing is on the corner of Massachusetts Avenue and Muzzey Street.
From Route 2
Take Waltham Street until it ends in Lexington Center. Turn left onto Massachusetts Avenue. Take first left onto Muzzey Street.
GSH Office Location
We are one block off of Massachusetts Avenue on the left side of the street. We are one minute from the Lexington public library and about three minutes from the Minuteman statue in the Battle Green square. Parking is available behind the building. Use the back side door and proceed up the stairs to the second floor, go through the door and turn left into the waiting room.
